The students
shall abide by the rules and regulations described by
authorities from time to time.

It is
compulsory for the students residing in hostel to have
their meals in the hostel mess and on dining tables only.

Payment for
food is to be made in advance every month in the accounts
department of the institute .charges are liable to change
with prior notice of a month.

Students
should cooperate in the upkeep of the hotel and its good
name.
-
Rooms should
be kept neat & clean. Students are fully responsible for
any damage to the hostel necessities.

Cupboards
should always be properly locked. Jewellery and other
valuable items are not allowed to keep in the rooms.

The warden
will allot the rooms but changes can be made on request.
-
Water is
available 24 hours but wastage and carelessness will cause
to the disciplinary action against the students.

Parents/relatives/Guardian/Friends are not permitted in
rooms.
-
Parents/guardians/relatives/ Friends will not be allowed
to met the students during study hours in the institute .
however they may visit the students during visiting hours
i.e. from (9.00 to 5.00pm) in warden office only on
Sunday. only the persons notified by the parents in hostel
form will be allowed to meet the students.

If parents
wish that their wards can travel alone they should give
their consent in writing to the principal , which can be
discontinued in case of any misconduct.

Students must
keep their own towels/buckets. any sort of wastage
material is not allowed to be thrown in the toilets misuse
of the bathroom will be strictly punishable.

Heaters/Stoves/Electric Iron are not allowed to be used in
the rooms which may invite fine.
-
Do not leave
water taps and light on when not needed.

Any damage or
breakage will have to be made by the responsible students
themselves.

Prior
permission to leave the hostel, except for going on duty,
will have to be taken by each student before leaving and
return of all students to hostel shall have to be notified
by the students to hostel warden. failure to return in
time will be deal with strictly. Parents are requested to
cooperate. principal can refuse the leave in the interest
of the students/institute.

Students
Nurses must sleep in their own respective beds and in
their own rooms only. After 10.00 am they must not be the
room of any other student. the defaulters will be penalize
as decided by discipline committee.

Hostel Warden
/Principal / Director or a person nominated to do so by
the Director ,DIN & PS can check the hostel rooms at any
time.

Students are
required to follow the rules and regulations of the
hostel/institute from time to time and must maintain
discipline and decency during the training.

strictly prohibited in hostel and institute
